Studying Abroad In MY Home Country: Uzbekistan

Many of you may be considering travelling abroad, and I'd like to introduce my home country as an alternative place to visit and study in. My country is popular for having beautiful green land and many ancient places, such Samarkand, Buhara, Navoyi and Tashkent, all created by hand with palaces, statues, and entertainment places.

In the fall, my home country still has summer-y weather and we just finished celebrating our 24 Independence day on September 1st, last month. There are fireworks and popular singers. such as Rayhon, Shaxzoda, and Yulduz Usmonova, come to sing for people at the national studio in our capital city Tashkent.

The National Stadium is in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, depicted in the picture above with many dancers wearing our traditional clothes and dancing. In the background is a globe with only our country depicted on it, while behind it are some of the beautiful mountains that we have, which are great places to visit.

During this season. all the students go back to school at the same time on September 1st, all wearing a uniform consisting of a cute white shirt and black casual skirt or pants for men. This is one of the things that make the schools in my home country special; everyone has the same uniform in High School or College, which can make them feel more like they fit in with everyone and nobody can judge others based on their clothes.

Bukhara
Even today, the monuments of Bukhara attract tourists with the masterpieces of architectural art. Although it is little bit out of the capital city, this is one of the beautiful cities that inspires tourists to visit.

Bahor Restaurant
Also our outstanding Bahor restaurants are very popular for tourists, allowing them to eat our traditional foods and watch our Middle Eastern Dancers at the same time.

After school, my friends and I loved going to the Bazaar, which could resemble an American shopping mall. We would shop for clothes or anything else we liked, and a fun part of it was bartering for lower the prices. There is no need to pay sales tax as well, which helps international students trip both be more fun and affordable.

For all the students who are interested in studying or visiting abroad, I hope you consider a visit to my homeland to experience the lifestyle and educational possibilities there. Please feel free to comment and leave suggestions, questions, or concerns based on my personal experience in my country.
